So, I know all about goal setting. I studied Business and lectured various subjects which required me to explain the SMART goal principle. Set Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic goals with a time line to them. Why is it then that when it comes to goal setting I am great at setting personal goals and reasoning about them but I can not stick to these goals? I am always negotiating with myself to extent the timeline, change the goal and reason about the ligitamacy of the goal. This just takes so much energy! I am now setting a few goals per day and ticking them off at the end of the day. I have set myself a 6 month period to gain a healthier lifestyle, become fitter and loose weight. I am happy to report that I attained my first few goals for DAY 1 of Successful Goal setting.
