Tonight the South African team of wine representatives were treated to a dinner with Burgundy winemakers. This special get-together was in the Couvent des Jacobins in Baune.  We enjoyed Burgundies from Maison Louis Jadot, 11th generation business Louis Latour, Maison Joseph Drouhin, Jean-Claude Boisset, Badet-Clement & Co, Maison Michel Picard, Louis Max and my neighbour or voisin on both sides Pierre Bouree Fils. Tomorrow I will return to Baune for more Baune pleasure!  This is the Capital of Wine and I need to see more.
