My favourite Cooper is a Mini Cooper but I have to concede that a cooperage is of the utmost importance should I continue my love for the consumption of good wines.  We visited Tonnelerie Louis Latour and saw how a barrel is made – from start to finish.  Very few people are involved in the process and the barrels are contained in a smallish area.
