Food is the food of my life and in France the food is fuelling me to play on. Apart from the morning croissants we have to have the gougeres as a snack on the bus or a starter after wine tasting and before a lunch or a dinner. Gougeres is a little pastry puff with cheese.
The franchise, Paul, boulangerie and pâtisserie was found in 1889 and I can confirm that their produce is still excellent quality. It is here that we try cream tarts, chocolate tarts, fruit tarts and prezels.
