Hermanus FynArts brought the full spectrum of art offerings to the Overstrand. On the opening Friday even the rain cleared after a 4 day storm. Visitors create an energetic buzz in town – wining, dining, sorting out bookings and making last minute reservations. Hop-on-hop-off while touring the Hermanus Wine Route or stay in town and walk from one exhibition to another.  The Marine Hotel hosts a Wine Plus Series with Bevan Newton Johnson opening the series with a brief history of local wines. The second Hermanus FynArts is twice as big as last year’s festival and with the enthusiasm founding member Mary Faure it is set to double in size next year.
