Stop and Stare

Walking is my therapy.  It keeps me sane.  The Onrus cliff path is testimony to the beneficial effect of walking along this route.  The sea has a calming effect and brings to mind the words of One Republic’s song Stop and Stare.

You start to wonder why you’re here not there

And you’d give anything to get what’s fair

But fair ain’t what you really need

When I find a little bird unperturbed by my proximity I take it as a sign that nature is telling me everything will be alright.

    1. Thanks for reading my clips Annemie! With the early light I love an early morning stroll – and I am not really a morning person. I have been more mindful of my body since the #PinkOctober talk at Creation and need to find time for an appointment at your clinic.
