Sunday lunch is my reward for another week well done.  A small celebration which requires good food and wine.  Not far from my home in Vermont is the restaurant Forage.  Situated on the wine and olive farm, Wildekrans, Forage must be one of the Overberg’s finest eateries. A perfect country setting for a lazy, indulging Sunday lunch.  Choose between a 2, 3 or 4 course meal – with or without wine pairings.  Go next level with a degustation gourmand option of 6 courses – again with or without accompanying wines.
