The Eatery in Hermanus has been going for a number of years.  Open from Monday to Saturday for breakfast, lunch and drinks this cozy spot in the center of Hermanus is where people catch up and tuck into some or other deliciousness.  No reservations needed here.  Chef Patron Madré Malan is on standby to explain her daily selection of dishes jotted casually on a black board.  All fresh and all made with a dollop of love.  The Eatery’s coffee is great and there is wine too.  No time to sit down? Help yourself to a hearty frozen meal or some preserves to take away.

I recently had the broccoli pizza with pesto and rocket served with a chilled glass of local Lomond Sauvignon Blanc.  A quick and healthy lunch.  No guilt, only pleasure!
