According to Bloomberg the world of wine has its own set of resolutions for the new year.  What will the wine trends be?

• Contrary to my mission to go smaller with wine bigger is better.  750ml is no longer good enough and bigger bottles are set to be even more popular.
• Hola Spain!  Rioja will be the rage with the rediscovery of Spanish wines.
• Fizz will sparkle and Spanish Cava is set to keep champagne flutes fizzling.
• Demand for luxury wine experiences will increase as “normal” is just not cutting it anymore.
