Every now and again I visit Babylonstoren which is situated between Franschhoek and Paarl.  I know the property, am familiar with the products and read about the owners Koos Bekker and Karen Roos often in the press.  Yet, I never pass on the opportunity to stop and be inspired at this destination where you can eat, sleep, walk and shop.
