The photos says it all… A morning hike from De Kelders to Grotto Beach Hermanus. A scenic stretch of coast along the Cape Whale Coast with Black Oyster Catcher birds waddling along. I walked all of 18kms and still had energy to walk one more with my foster dog Paw Paw.

Lunch was the special Sunday roast at The Marine Hotel with neighbours who will shortly be heading back to the UK. Soon its going to be quiet in my hood. Too quiet! While the swallows are still here we are fitting in as much as possible. Sundowners was called for to close the book on this mid-March weekend.
