Currently the food and wine pairing plays to the harvest. Chapter 2 is Written In The Stars. Chardonnay matched with exotic mushroom carpaccio, pecorino, orange maldon, bee pollen, truffle and olive oil. This is culinary artistry! The phase of the moon depicts how the mushrooms are plated. How’s that for detail?
