It’s a few days away from WTM Africa. The Cape Whale Coast will be there as we were last year and three years ago on 17 April 2015 when Gansbaai took the honours as World Responsible Tourism Destination.

Professor Harold Goodwin, Chair of the Judging Panel has just spent 3 days on the Cape Whale Coast visiting Gansbaai Tourism, Marine Dynamics and Grootbos. In Stanford the Professor toured Panthera Africa and in Hermanus the responsible tourism route led to Sumaridge, Creation and Pebbles,Traveller24 reported that Gansbaai Tourism, with its spectacular Grootbos Private Nature Reserve and numerous eco-projects including those run by Marine Dynamics have made a significant impact in the area of eco-tourism.
