Tayfun Aras is the owner of Anatoli restaurant in Cape Town. He launched his cookbook filled with my favourite Turkish recipes. Having known Tayfun for many years because of my friendship with his wife Louise and being a staunch supporter of the restaurant I was fortunate to attend the launch of this new treasure. Abigail Donnelly was there with the publishing team of Human and Rossouw and the rest of the world to pack the restaurant to capacity. Books were scoop up while guests sipped on Ernst & Gouws, Iona and Leopards Leap wine.
