Its been a year since the ladies of Vermont, Hermanus, gave their regular gatherings a name and yesterday the Fermentation Society celebrated its first birthday. The food and the wine was the best! And then there are the colourful stories of a certain Lady Jervis.
With much detail to the wine selection and food favourites it was just epic! The recipes came from the Blue Train’s menu, Evita Bezuidenhout and Boschendal. the wine came from different South African vineyards and included the following:
