Every November the Overberg village of Elim celebrates the fruit of their terroir with an authentic country event. Good wine is paired with country cooking, a vintage tractor parade and energetic Border Collies showing their skills herding sheep. This is the Elim Wine Festival. A not-to-be-missed Saturday affair hosted at Black Oyster Catcher again this year showcasing 12 wine brands, craft beer, bubbly and yes some very good coffee for the return journey.
