At only R95 Bruce and his team will rustle up 4 tasters to match 4 of La Vierge’s wines to be served with panoramic Hemel-en-Aarde views. They go even further to add warmth to the winter by hosting live entertainment every other Sunday. There’s enough activity to create good vibes in the build-up to the annual Hermanus FynArts Festival that will see Carole Carr and her exhibition of portable groupings of birds, fish and leaves at the cellar in June. Carole’s exhibition is called Synchronicity and promises to be an inspirational visual display. The Winter Program at La Vierge includes different events that may be causally connected but the events are also connected by meaning in typical synchronicity fashion. Wine, food and art are joined and set to warm up winter.
