On the first day of February our President gave to us… the freedom to visit our beaches, the allowance to frequent wineries and enjoy a drink at restaurants and wine bars. With these easing of lockdown regulations there will be many firsts for 2021 as I trot off tomorrow to my favourite swimming spot at the Onrus Davies Pool, eat lunch with a friend while sipping Sauvignon and then head off to the Hemel-en-Aarde wineries to stock up on all my favourite tipples.
